Jeremiah and his wife were asking me what toddler bed they should get for their daughter. They said that they were not sure what kind to get, since the selection of toddler beds nowadays was larger than ever before. I mean, when we were coming up, all you had were some simple options. Now, you can get toddler beds of all different shapes, sizes, colors, and themes. To help them decide, I started asking them questions.

First, I asked them what color their daughter liked. They told me she liked the color red. Then, I asked if she had any favorite cartoon characters. They told me she liked Blue’s Clues the best. Told them about some red colored Blue’s Clues beds I saw online and I gave them the website where they could go to get these beds. They thanked me profusely, and they set off on getting their daughter a toddler bed she would love.

Don’t quit

There will come a time that along the process of your guitar lesson as a beginner, you’ll think of quitting and losing hope because of the insignificant progress you are having. Trust me,to learn to play guitar  every guitarists has experienced that. Whenever you feel like quitting, remember these:

1.         You’ve gone a long way

Remember all the time, efforts and money you have invested in learning to play the guitar. Put in mind that you’ve gone a long way and you wouldn’t want to waste all your invested efforts.

2.         You are getting better

Make sure that you see those progresses that you consider insignificant. Bear in mind that a progress, no matter how significant or not, is still a progress.

3.         If they can do it, so do you

You can’t just quit when everybody isn’t doing it. Just believe in yourself the way others does.

4.         Remember your goal

Focus on your goal. Sooner or later, you’ll achieve it.

“Mom, it defeats the purpose of using a warped ruler to create a straight edge.” As soon as I said it, I realized that I had just doomed myself to at least an hour’s worth of lecture and fuss.   True to form, Mom geared up by leaning back and taking a deep breath before she surged forth.  “I’m sure that’s something you learned in that fancy art college of yours, but this rule has always worked for me.”  I couldn’t resist, I had to say something. “A drawing class at the rec center is not an art college, and look at the stripes on the wallpaper, this half of the room looks like it’s running down the driveway.” She sighed.  I thought I would try to help. I picked up a brochure that had come in the mail that said, “To find out what is good credit score, look inside.”  I lined it up to show her the difference.

Batting Cages Specs and Checks

The starting point of the game’s action begins at home with batting cages , an irregular rubber pentagon 17 inches with two adjacent sides of 8-1/2 inches (21.6 cm) and two sides coincide with the foul lines of 12 inches (30.48 cm) (defined in the rule book as a foot square “filled with two angles.”) 1 on each side of the home are batting boxes. Going to the Chess Shop

I am going to our local chess shop that sells all things chess to major chess enthusiasts. I absolutely love going to that place because so many neat things can be found there. You can find chess sets of all kinds. There are chess sets that have some of the most neatly carved red oak chess pieces that are made by one of the guys in town. He sells his sets to the shop, and the shop owner sells them at his price to us enthusiasts. You can also find sets that have tin or brass pieces. You can even find antiques there. It would not be too far from the truth for me to say that this shop is a chess lover’s paradise.

When I go to that shop, I always end up spending a whole lot of money. If I am not careful, I can spend an entire paycheck. That is why i make myself be care and budget wisely. I set aside what I can spend, and it keeps me in check.

Rhea’s Dreadful Discovery

Rhea came over to me crying. She was crying so bad that it was hard to understand her. I told her to sit down and try to collect herself. I also brought her a glass of water. When she got herself together enough where she could talk, she explained to me what was going on.

She told me that she lost her puppy. It went out into the yard to go to the bathroom, and it got poisoned. She thinks that someone who hated her did that to her dog to get revenge. Anyway, when the dog did not come back in from going to the bathroom, she went out to see what was going on. She stumbled on her puppy, and it was dead!

She took it and got the ashes for it. They are at her house. She said that she could not go home because she was not ready to be there without her dog. I told her to stay the night over at my house, and then we would go look at nice pet urns in the morning.

The Kids Loved the Jumpking Trampoline

I got the Jumpking Trampoline for the kids this year, so they would have something to do. Let me tell you that when they saw it, they went crazy. They were jumping and running around the yard like nutcases. They were so excited to get the trampoline.

They thanked me hundreds of times. I do not know how many times they thanked me. It was too much to count. I was so glad to see that they appreciated the gift.

They could hardly wait for the jumpking trampoline to be set up. They begged us to hurry and hurry. We could only go so fast, but we were doing our best.

When it was finally set up, they ran for it. They jumped on it, until the sun went down. When it was time for them to come inside, they did not want to. We practically had to beg them to come in.

Hunting Season Has Arrived

The hunting season finally arrived! My friends and I were so excited, too. Each of us have a crossbow, and we were prepared to go out and get some awesome game.

All of us hoped to take home a whole lot of cool stuff. We hoped to get us some fat bucks to eat, so we could make some deer steak, deer jerky, and deer stew. We were also going to go after some rabbits for the same purpose. We love our stews. They warm us up on the days that are ice cold out.

When we get our prizes, so to speak, we all celebrate. We throw parties, where we get together to have some good food and drink. When our stuff comes back from the butcher’s shop, we invite one another over for a nice bite to eat. We get so much that we can enjoy this for quite some time.
